Five steps, start to launch.
You'll know what's happening, what's next, and what we need from you — at every step. Most of your involvement fits in a lunch break.

/02 — Expectations
What to expect.
Your part, total≈4 hrs
Your inbox during a Shift
Short, skimmable, never a meeting that could've been an email.
/03 — FAQ
Asked every project.
Do I have to write the words myself?
No. You answer a short questionnaire in plain language — bullet points, voice notes, whatever's easiest. We turn that into the site's copy and you approve it before anything goes live.
What do you need from me to start?
One call, a link to your current site if you have one, and examples of two or three sites you like. Photos of finished jobs help a lot, but we can launch with what you have and add them later.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Custom-coded sites don't come with an editing dashboard — that's part of why they're fast. Most clients send us changes instead, and on the maintenance plan they go live within a business day. If you need self-service editing for something like a menu or price list, we'll wire up exactly that one piece.
What about hosting and the domain?
We set both up in accounts that belong to you, not us. You own everything; we just hold the keys you choose to share. If you ever leave, the site goes with you.
How much does this cost?
From-prices for all three project sizes are on the pricing page. Every project gets a fixed quote at the end of discovery — the number you approve is the number you pay.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Thirty days of fixes are included with every launch. After that, the maintenance plan covers monitoring, backups, and small changes — or we fix one-off issues at an hourly rate. Either way, you're not left holding it alone.
Step one is a 45-minute call.
No deck, no pressure — just questions about your business
