Your old website, rebuilt to win work again.
A redesign here isn't a fresh coat of paint on the same structure. We rebuild your site from a blank file — pages, words, design, and code — and launch it without losing the Google rankings you've spent years earning.

/01 — The signs
You already know it's time.
Most owners tell us the same thing: they stopped sending people to their own website. If any of these sound familiar, the site is costing you quotes right now.
Sound familiar?
- You apologize before sending someone the link
- It takes more than three seconds to load on a phone
- The newest photo on it is from several years ago
- Visitors come from Google, but the phone stays quiet
- Updating one line means calling whoever built it
/02 — The method
Keep what works. Rebuild the rest.
Before we touch anything, we look at what your current site already does well — the pages Google sends people to, the search terms you rank for, the photos worth keeping. That becomes the floor. Everything else gets rebuilt by hand.
Audit first
We read your analytics and search data before forming an opinion. The pages bringing in work are identified and protected; the dead weight gets called what it is.
Structure and copy before design
The new site is planned around how a customer decides to hire you — what they need to see, in what order, before they feel safe calling. Words come before colors.
Code written line by line, no theme underneath
No WordPress theme, no page builder, no plugin stack to update forever. Just HTML, CSS, and JavaScript written for your site alone — which is why it loads in under two seconds.
Launch with a redirect map
Every old URL gets a 301 redirect to its new home, so the links and rankings you've accumulated keep working. Nobody lands on a dead page, including Google.
/03 — Scope
What a redesign includes.
One fixed quote, agreed before work starts. No hourly meter, no surprise extras at launch.
What's included
- New page structure and copy direction
- Custom design — no template underneath
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, written line by line
- 301 redirect map so search rankings carry over
- Speed budget: under two seconds on a phone
- Forms wired to your inbox, tested end to end
- Analytics carried over and verified at launch
/04 — Questions
Asked before every redesign.
Will my Google rankings drop?
This is the most common fear, and it's a fair one — a careless redesign can absolutely lose rankings. It happens when old URLs die without redirects. We map every existing URL to its new equivalent with 301 redirects before launch, keep the page titles and content Google already trusts, and verify the move in Search Console. Done this way, rankings carry over.
Can we keep parts of the current site?
Yes — and we usually should. Photos of finished jobs, reviews, and pages that already rank are assets, not clutter. The audit at the start decides what stays. What we don't do is pour old structure into a new design just because it's there.
How long does a redesign take?
Three to five weeks for most small-business sites, from first call to launch. The variable is rarely us — it's how quickly photos, prices, and approvals come back. You'll have a date in writing before we start.
Do I need to write the text myself?
No. You talk, we write. The discovery call covers what you do, who hires you, and what customers ask — the page copy is drafted from that and you approve every word before it ships.
What does it cost?
A fixed quote, agreed up front, based on the number of pages and what needs building — see the pricing page for ranges. If you ask for more mid-project, we quote that separately before doing it. The invoice at the end matches the one you approved at the start.
