Your website, looked after. From $99 a month.
Email us the change, it's live within one business day. Backups, monitoring, and small updates — priced to what your site runs, no contract, cancel whenever you like.
/01 — The problem
Websites don't break. They rot.
The prices are two years old. The "team" page shows someone who left. The holiday hours never went up, and three customers drove over to a closed door. None of it is dramatic — it's just nobody's job. From $99 a month, it's ours.
Covered every month
- Content changes — prices, hours, photos, new testimonials
- Done within one business day of your email
- Weekly off-site backups
- Uptime monitoring — we usually know before you do
- SSL renewals and security checks
- A short monthly note: what changed, what we noticed
/02 — Always on
The part you never see, humming.
Most of what the plan buys is invisible on purpose: the monitor that pings your site every three minutes, the backup that ran while you slept, the SSL certificate that renewed itself without an outage. This is what our side of the screen looks like.
Panel shown is illustrative — your monthly note lists the real numbers for your site.

/03 — The routine
One email. One business day. One predictable invoice.
No ticket portal, no "scope call" for a price change. You email what you need; we confirm it's covered; it's live within a business day. Anything bigger than a small change gets a fixed quote first — never a surprise line on the invoice.
Holiday hours + two price updates
"Can you put the Christmas hours on the home page and change the two prices on the services page? Marked up in the attached. Thanks!"
Re: Holiday hours + two price updates
"Done — both live. Screenshot attached so you can check without leaving the job. Anything else while we're in there?"
✓ Live same day
What counts as a small change
Anything under about an hour: a new testimonial, updated prices, a staff photo, holiday hours, swapping gallery images, fixing a typo a customer spotted. Most months, that's everything you need.
What gets quoted separately
New pages, new sections, redesign work, new features. We tell you it's outside the plan before touching it, give you a fixed number, and only proceed on your yes.
When something goes down
Monitoring pings your site every few minutes. If it stops responding, we're on it — usually before you've noticed. Restores come from the weekly backups we already hold.
/04 — Questions
Asked before every plan.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month, and cancelling is one email. We'd rather keep you by being useful than by lock-in — the same reason the sites we build don't need a platform subscription to stay alive.
My site wasn't built by SiteShifted. Can you still maintain it?
Usually, yes. We'll do a one-time audit first — checking how it's built, where it's hosted, and what shape it's in — and give you a straight answer on whether it's maintainable or whether you'd be paying us to bail water. If it's the latter, we'll say so and quote a rebuild instead.
What if I need several changes in one month?
Send them. The plan covers ordinary small-change traffic, not a strict counter — a busy month with four little updates is fine. If a month's requests genuinely add up to project work, we'll flag it and quote before doing it.
Do unused months roll over?
No — and that's deliberate. You're not buying hours; you're buying a response time, backups that exist, and a site that never gets stale. The quiet months are when the monitoring and backups earn the fee.
/05 — The price
from$99/mo
$99 is the base plan — the hosting, backups, monitoring, and small changes every site needs. Sites that run more carry their tools' real costs too, so the fee is set with you up front and stays the same predictable line every month. The quiet months — when nothing breaks and nothing changes — are the months the backups and monitoring earn it.
In the base plan
- Hosting, SSL renewals, and security checks
- Weekly off-site backups and uptime monitoring
- Analytics kept running and read for you
- Small content changes within one business day
What moves the number
- An AI chatbot or receptionist — its monthly model usage
- A CRM integration kept in sync and upgraded
- Automation flows with per-message or per-call costs
- Any third-party tool with its own subscription we manage
Never apologize for a stale website again.
