AI that answers — on your site and on your phone.
A chatbot that handles the questions you answer on the phone every day, and a receptionist that picks up when you're on a job. Both trained on your business, both wired to your inbox, and neither one bluffs when it doesn't know something.

/01 — On your site
The website chatbot.
"Do you do same-day repairs?" "How much is a consultation?" "Are you open Saturday?" You've answered these a thousand times. The chatbot answers them instantly, at any hour, trained on your services, prices, and hours — and nothing else.
It runs on Claude and OpenAI models, but it only speaks from your approved content. When a question goes beyond what it knows, it says so and takes the visitor's email instead of guessing. Every conversation lands in your inbox.

/02 — On your phone
The AI receptionist.
Half of missed calls never call back — they just dial the next listing. The receptionist sits behind your existing number: when you can't pick up, it does. It takes the caller's name and what they need, books a slot in your calendar if they want one, and texts you a summary before the caller has hung up.
It sounds natural, it never claims to be human when asked, and it knows what it's allowed to promise. Anything unusual gets passed to you as a message rather than improvised.

/03 — The rule
No guessing. Ever.
An AI that invents a price or promises a slot you don't have costs you more than the call it saved. Both tools follow one rule: answer from your approved content, or take a message. Configured before launch, tested with awkward questions, reviewed monthly against real transcripts.
"Can you match any quote I get from another company?"
"That's one for the owner, not me — pricing policy isn't something I'll guess at. Leave your email and James will answer you personally within a business day."
/04 — Questions
Asked before every setup.
Will it make things up?
This is the right question to ask about any AI tool. The chatbot and receptionist answer only from content you've approved — your services, prices, hours, and policies. When a question falls outside that, they say they don't know and take a message. We test this with awkward real-world questions before launch, and we read transcripts monthly to catch anything drifting.
What happens when it can't answer?
The chatbot asks for the visitor's email and forwards the conversation to you. The receptionist takes a message and texts it to you. Neither one improvises — a handed-off question is a success, not a failure.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. The receptionist sits behind the number you already have and only answers when you don't. Pick up as normal and it stays silent. Your customers notice nothing except that someone always answers.
How long does setup take?
About a week alongside a site project, or two weeks standalone — most of which is gathering and approving the content it's allowed to use, then testing it against the questions your customers actually ask.
What does it cost to run?
A setup fee, then a flat monthly amount that covers the AI usage, the phone line, and the monthly transcript review. No per-call surprises — see the pricing page for current numbers.
Stop losing the calls you miss.
