A modular home company with no real web presence — given a custom-built site that carries four home series and explains an unfamiliar way of building in plain language.
/01 — Problem
A new category, no place to explain it
Modular homes are unfamiliar to most buyers, so the first job of the site is to answer questions people do not yet know how to ask. AeroNest had no site equal to that — just scattered listings and a logo.
Without a single place to show the range and walk through how a build actually happens, every inquiry started from zero, over the phone, explaining the basics again.
/02 — Approach
Show the range, then explain the build
The site leads with The Series — four modular directions, each with a name, a price from, and the kind of life it suits — so a visitor can place themselves before reading a word of detail.
From there the build is explained the way a careful buyer needs: what off-site construction means, the tolerances and energy standards behind it, and a step-by-step of how a project actually runs.
Everything is custom-coded from scratch — no template under the brand — so the dark, editorial look holds together on every screen and loads fast.

The questions get answered before the call
The range reads clearly and the process answers the questions buyers used to ask first, so inquiries arrive from people who already understand what they are asking for.
The site gives a young category the credibility it needs — confident, composed, and specific about what AeroNest builds and how.
